Due diligence
Legal and technical review before making an offer: encumbrances, planning compliance, property condition and risks. Fewer surprises at the notary.

Negotiation and completion
Deposit contract, agreement and notary completion with Sky Law, our in-house law firm: European Legal Awards in Real Estate Law three years running. Clauses reviewed and transaction protected through to completion.
Clear fees before you start
Following the briefing, we provide a written proposal for either a fixed fee or a percentage of the purchase price, depending on complexity and investment size. No small print hidden in the FAQ.
